On the way back to college, my son’s car broke down in Effingham. I called the store from 300 miles away and Melissa helped with parts and a local mechanic contact that could fix the car. Excellent service, going above and beyond for an unexpected car repair on a Sunday morning!

We got stuck in effingham as we were traveling to Tennessee bc our car broke down. We came to orileys to get the voltage checked on our battery and as it turns out it was our alternator. They were extremely helpful and found one in another location. They called an employee in early to get it for us. Then we were getting hot outside waiting for them to bring the alternator and my daughter and I came inside and told them we were cooling off and were just gonna sit on the floor out of the way. They so nicely let us sit in their break area. These guys deserve a raise. Thank you so much for your help guys!!! We appreciate you more then you’ll ever know!!!!

O'Reilly's has always been my choice for Auto parts nice, honest and knowledgeable people. Only reason it's not getting a five-star right now is because I was told by staff they cannot clear codes anymore.
