Howard at the Emporia O'Reilly was soooo helpful to my older Mom this winter. She went in to buy an antifreeze tester and noticed her old pickup had a bad headlight---so she asked him to help her buy the right replacement--- then he went outside and put it in for her immediately! Awesome service. And while this is the time I'm writing about, everyone in the store has always been friendly and helpful!

Miguel at the Emporia store went above and beyond for me! I first called to see if the store would be able to help me with my issue. He answered and said yes. When I got to the store he helped my right away and got my taillight installed which on my vehicle wasn’t the easiest task. I greatly appreciated his service!!!

Earlier this month (8/2), I was traveling through the area and noticed that my R.side rear turn light was out. I stopped at this store and inquired if I could get a light installed on my 2011 Ford Fusion. The employee Shay, said she could help me. She was very professional and replaced the light quickly. I was able to continue my trip. I appreciated the service. Thank you very much.😀.
