Unfortunately, I just left O’Reillys parts store my first experience there was grade and I came back in to have done what was recommended and the woman who helped me was terrible for customer. Service skills are lacking, and she treated me like an idiot and expected me to be as knowledgeable as her, this is why I came back to this parts store because I do not have knowledge of my own car. Don’t think I’ll be returning terrible mean and condescending.

I have always had a good experience here and the other day was no exception. Johnny helped me check my battery and even cleaned the terminals to see if there was any life left in it. He said to try driving it and see if it would take a charge. It was a lost cause and I came back this morning. He checked it again and it was pretty much gone, so he showed me some options in new batteries. After I purchased it, he installed it and had me on the road in minutes! Honest, helpful and I really appreciate people like Johnny. People like him create lifelong customers. Thank you for all your help!

Came to get my windshield wipers replaced before the rain began few months ago. The gentleman was helpful. For some reason he kept having to switch the sizes he originally got off his system-based on my Honda-my wipers are not wiping how they’re supposed to be. SPECIALLY on the driver side! I haven’t and didn’t have the time to return within the month. And now the rains back, and it stinks to drive with wipers I payed for that don’t actually work appropriately.

Went in for brakes , great customer service and they had the parts I needed
