First time I visited O’Reilly Auto Parts and boy was I impressed. Jordan, the manager, and Craig make such a great team. Our process was so smooth and they were so helpful. The customer service experience was fantastic; it felt like the way customer service used to be. Kudos to both of them.!! I will definitely stop in again if I need service for my car.
Super helpful employees. These guys were awesome and went above and beyond helping me run the OBD scanner and identify the error code. Right before close too. Will definitely be going back in the future.
I had a dead car battery that needed to be replaced. The manager I spoke to (Jordan) recommended a new battery and then personally installed it in my car. He even patiently walked me through all the steps as he was doing it. From start to finish, the entire process took less than 10 minutes. I plan to keep visiting this shop for my automotive needs going forward.
Neil was extremely helpful and had the best attitude. He is the gold standard of customer service and even welcomed me to the beautiful city of Pittsburgh after moving from Texas.
The people working here are very knowledgeable, helpful & personable. Jordan was great. I recommend this store for all of your auto needs.
