One of the workers was pretty rude don’t recommend the place

This place is amazing! Every time I stop by looking for a hard-to-find part to finish my project, I’m met with the most helpful employees like Jess who sends me on my way with exactly what I need. Keep up the great work!

These employees that work here are sooo helpful! The rubber piece fell off the ignition coil and was stuck around the spark plug. The workers help me so much with ideas on how to get it out and showed me things that might work! I eventually got it out! There were so very kind durning a stressful moment for us.

When I ordered the trailer hitch, the first dude was awesome. Came back, then the other dudes lied to me saying that orielies doesn’t install it for anyone. (Though I know they have before recently). Then asked me to come back at another time later that day to get it installed by another person. So I did- third trip now there and many miles, lots of gas spent. I get there , and they said the dude would only do it if I payed him. And that they never installed a hitch for anyone before. I stood my ground on not paying for the installment, and so they tried finding reasons why I shouldn’t have gotten a discount on the hitch I already payed for. I had all my stuff from moving in my truck, and had to move stuff around to put it in the back, and the dude “helping” places it on my hunting bow. T
