Good place. Good people. Could expedite customers in the order they arrive and are in line. I did wait about 30 or 40 minutes to dispose of oil with one guy in line and two guys at the counter. Oh well. Good people though.

I’ve bought multiple different items from this store and I’m treated with kindness, and respect every time I go in. I’ve had some parts I’ve bought from them and they all were replaced without a problem. Only hard part about all of it was finding the proof of purchase, but that’s on me since I lost my receipt and didn’t know what phone number I had it under.

Love this place. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently helped me troubleshoot a weird thing that ended up being a battery issue. We get parts for our vehicles and our lawn mowers from them. They almost always have the part I need and have a cool loaner tool program for those tools I don't own. The couple times I've needed a part they didn't stock (both times were for specific lawn mowers) they were able to order them and have them for me within a few days (cheaper and faster than if I'd ordered online myself). All in all, grateful to have them nearby.

The O'Reilly's here in Fayette is always stocked with the best employees. Their well informed....thier informative and seem to always get you out the door with the correct parts... Now that's saying a lot when it comes to the parts store in general. Top of the line review right there.

Really good people that do their jobs had battery go dead come to find out the battery was good and my alternator was just bad and they helped me out
