This store has always been my go to for parts for years for my car and as a woman, these men are always very honest and I appreciate that so anyone leaving a negative review on this store My personal opinion is check yourself.But tonight, I met Harry and desmond as soon as I opened the door I was greeted with smiles and both gentlemen. Went in this morning for a new key battery for my car. Harry was super friendly and helpful! Was able to take apart the key, find the correct battery, and install it for me. I’m clueless about these things and really appreciated the personalized service. Thanks again!

When I arrived, there was only one guy working behind the desk and he was on the phone with a customer. I said hello and he looked at me. He was on the phone another 4 or 5 minutes and then another call came on. Instead of putting that person on hold to help me, he started assisting him. After a few more minutes waiting, I left.

I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts today with an issue with my car battery, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Kristopher helped me from start to finish—testing the battery, explaining everything clearly, and even installing the new one right there in the parking lot. What really stood out was how much he genuinely loves his job. You can tell he takes pride in helping people and knows his stuff inside and out. His attitude was positive, upbeat, and professional the entire time. It’s rare these days to come across someone who combines great technical knowledge with outstanding customer service.
