Came in and spoke with Richey, very knowledgeable and very centered, seems to know all about vehicles and operation of them, inquiry was on blower motor resistor, he informed me my blower motor can cause the resistor to fail if new one purchased and installed, made sense. Will return to this location and seek his advice again, need help and assistance, this location can help. Ask for Richey.

Words can not express how appreciative I am of Travis helping me get the right battery for my car. I know absolutely nothing about cars and more times than not, when you go to an auto shop and your ignorant at best, there's more employees than not in the automotive realm who will make fun you and/or talk down to you for not knowing the simplest of things about your vehicle. Travis broke down the who/what/where/why of my battery and helped me save a bunch of money. If you are anywhere near this O' Reiley or have to even drive out of the way, I would recommend with 0 hesitations to go to this location and ask for Travis specifically. His knowledge and customer service is worth a 10 star review if I could give it. Thanks again Travis for all of youe help!!

Engine light came on and the gentleman went out and gave me a record of what was wrong very nice very sweet He had me stay in the store while he went out and put the machine on my vehicle Great customer service It's one of the stores I will always go out away to go to
