GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!! Came to O'Reilly, (Grand Ave, Franklin Park location) for a "check engine" light on in my car, and was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Manuel C. the second I walked in. (Wasn't aware at the time but I believe he was a Manager - Impressive and well-deserved!) Not only did he do a diagnostic check and explained what I might to do to troubleshoot my issue, he also went out of his way to help me with another little issue I had with my car - even when he didn't have to. This guy is knowledgeable and professional, he was also very kind. Very excellent qualities to have when working with the public. Anyway, kudos to whomever is responsible for hiring this guy. The screws in my license plate would not come out and were shredded. I went to O’Reily for some help. Manny was phenomenal and very polite. He attempted to assist, but didn’t have the proper tools. He referred me to a great auto shop, Synergy Auto Care, and they were successful with helping.

I've been to three different auto parts stores, their website said they had the part but when I got there they didn't, O'Reilly's showed the part, went there and bought it not a problem at all, I'll be going to you guys from now. When I asked the other car parts store if they can order the part they told me straight up no, I don't know if they're lazy or what,O'Reilly's you guys are fantastic thank you very much my car is running great...

I came in on a busy Saturday afternoon to purchase new wiper blades. Manny was super nice and helpful with making sure they were the correct size. He also installed them for me in no time. I definitely recommend this location if you want great service!
