Great friendly service and low prices

O'Reilly's in Fredericktown, our Truck broke down and we had to pull in to this auto parts store, we had to stay in the vehicle overnight and then had to return home, no one bothered us or the truck. Thank you God. The staff at this location where so helpful and understanding.that ( there are at least 3 other auto parts stores in the area, but I'm fairly sure they wouldn't have been so accommodating or patient with us.)I have decided to make them my new first choice for any auto parts needs. Thanks again.

Was just in there for over 10 minutes and not one person offered to help when I was clearly waiting to buy a part at the counter. A guy came in right after me, and they helped him first, even though I was infront of him at the counter. Not sure what the deal is, but better customer service is needed.

I love this a store, I can say I have a lot of their parts on my vehicles, but the customer service there is always top notch, including today when my wife and I stopped in for wipers for our Jeep because of intermittent rain while we were out riding, both the clerks took the time to help me, and put the new wipers on even in a little rain. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great place, parts are usually available or next day. There is a really rude guy that works there though. Big overweight guy with dark hair. If you go there , talk with someone else
