I stopped in for a battery issue - and everyone I interacted with was amazing. Battery tested fine, but they suggested doing a bench test to be sure. When they pulled it they could see it was defective and quickly replaced it under the warranty. I was just down the road doing some shopping, and when I came out the car wouldn't start again. They came and gave me a jumpstart and then ran some more tests to get me on my way. I would 100% go back to them in the future for any auto-part needs.

Amazing customer service. I went in because my AC was not cooling. They looked up what type of refill I needed, discussed how it works, came to the car and showed me exactly where everything was and how to do it. They also noticed my dimmed/fogged headlight on one side and recommended a product that worked amazingly! I can't say enough about this crew. Thank you!

I am an owner/operator running a hotshot truck and found myself broke down in the parking lot of this O’Reilly’s and they were the only store able to get me a new belt the next morning. The help did not stop there though. I spent a good portion of my day working on my truck and Chris, Jose, Diego, and Lisa were all great help in a bad situation. They allowed me to make their store my own, using their bathroom, looking up parts and tools, they even blessed me with a few bottles of cold water paid for out of their own pockets. They have a vast knowledge of repairs, tools, and a list of contacts for mechanics in the area as well. If you find yourself in the area and need anything auto related stop by and see them. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Stopped in today for a wiper for car,had mother with me she was sick spent a long time in restroom, anyways everyone was very helpful and friendly especially the one lady that was working even went out of her way to check on my mother while she was in bathroom. 5 stars for sure Thank you so much
