Mike, the Manager is absolutely fantastic!! We had two dead batteries and our Ford F350 Dually was in limp mode on the interstate which is scary. We called ahead to make sure they had the batteries we needed and when I arrived (Julie), Mike was kind enough to take the time and put them on right away before the rain came. We are fulltime traveling RVers and that is our only vehicle, so it's an absolute must that it runs at all times. Thank you greatly Mike for helping to keep us on the road!!

I always go to this O'Reilly because is very convenient but today I was serviced by Hailey who not only gave me a great customer service and information I needed but was hands on trying to do something new and she was great. I would highly recommend this location.

I just wanted to take a minute to recognize an employee that really took his time to make sure I was taken care of. Wayne, thanks so much brother. I truly appreciate your help. I couldn’t believe the truly awful customer service I was getting at the advance auto parts down the road, I got so fed up I just returned what parts I got and went to oreilly to try my luck. Wayne not only found me the parts I needed, but also went above and beyond and tested the alternator I purchased to give me the peace of mind that I was buying a quality product. I have been shopping here for about 5 years and always had a great experience. Today I went in to order parts listed directly on the O'Reilly website and the guy at the desk outright refused to do it. He aggressively lectured me about how nobody sells this part and that I don't understand how it works. Meanwhile, the disassembled OEM parts are in my hand (which he incorrectly tried to explain they're manufactured), and the part is, again, listed directly on the O'Reilly website, *specifically for my use case.* I showed him this multiple times but he didn't care. He didn't even look in the computer for it so I had to buy from Amazon. I went out of my way to try to support a physical store for these parts, when it is cheaper to buy them online, and was denied.
