My battery died on my vehicle and my son in law lives in BG and couldn’t come until he got done with work on Tuesday 9/9/25. We rushed to O’Reilly’s with like 15/20 minutes before they closed, it would have been very easy for the young man behind the counter to say we are about to close, I can’t help you tonight, but Johnathan Morgan did just the opposite, he said of course we can take care of you. He brought the new battery out and fooled with getting the old one out and putting the new one in, he talked with us the whole time he was working and never acted like he was in a hurry or needed to get out and be somewhere else. He was a VERY nice respectful and pleasant young man and we all know that doesn’t happen a lot these days! You all have a gem in this one and should make sure you let

I went to the O'Reilly auto parts in Glasgow, Kentucky to get my alternator checked out. It did test bad as I expected and then the truck would not do anything. The folks there were good enough to charge my battery fully. That allowed me to get home about 4 miles. From the manager down they were very customer orientated with friendliness and showed concern for my situation. It is hard to find someone that will even greet you when you walk into most businesses. And I know that for a fact, I am and have been a mystery shopper for over 20 years. Thanks to the employees for making a bad situation a tolerable one.

Needled To stop and pick up new windshield. Wiper blades for my Ford edbecause soon. After I drove through the gaze of hell for real comeing out of Glasgow.

I tried calling the O'Reilly's store in Glasgow Kentucky for 3 days this last time I let it rain until Verizon told me there weren't available how can you order in something if you can't call these guys

I am sharing an Excellent 5 Star + for the Service Jeremy at the Glasgow, KY Store, he provided outstanding service, went out of his way including finding the right bolts I needed no others at other auto parts stores went to this extent, you have an excellent Employee with Jeremy.
