I went in to see about bulbs @ the Goddard location because my brake lights were not working. They explained it could be a brake switch or a fuse instead since both were out. I did ask if they knew where the fuse box would be, they didnt understanding as they arent mechanics. The guy commented they help switch out bulbs but REFUSED to help me because my housing required 2 screws!! AUTO ZONE tho! That man went above and beyond for me no questions asked & he was BY HIMSELF helping customers & making sure the bulbs were what i truly needed. He even gave me a screw driver to use so I could take the housing off!! O'Reillys, DO BETTER. Don't say you can help switch out bulbs then refuse! I was capable of pulling the housing off, but yall know there may be screws involved so help went out the win

Wonderful customer service. My Escape decided to fail while driving through Goddard. There was a sales rep that help my Grandfather try to diagnose the issue. They let us keep the car park there while we picked up a car trailer. The service guy, yet again, helped as a nail was found in the car trailer tire. He tried again to help us diagnose the car issue a prior to putting the car on the trailer. Very kind and helpful

Kevin in Goddard store is has excellent customer service great attitude and truly wants to help ive dealt with him many times over the years that's why I keep coming back thank you kevin for your help

Had issues with battery, they tested and discovered I needed an alternator, checked after because I was still having trouble, tested alternator, battery and starter….. all checked good! Week later found my battery had a bad cell and they warranted and upgraded battery. Thank you to the entire team at O’Reily in Goddard

The previous staff at this location used to be extremely helpful. Now, when you walk in, the staff just lounges behind the parts counter carrying on conversations amongst themselves. I used to shop here a lot since I due mechanic's work. It just seems the staff is not as knowledgeable as previous staff and is just there to collect a paycheck.
