O'Reilly Auto Parts

I stopped in this location of O'Reilly's because the battery had died on my car (the battery was 7 years old!) and I needed it replaced. I don't know much about batteries, so initially I just asked for the cheapest one that would work in my vehicle. The employee was friendly, greeted me when I came in, and offered to help right away. He looked up batteries compatible with my car and showed me my options on the screen. I asked him what the differences were between them all, and he took the time to explain about elements such as the warranty and what factors into cars in extreme cold. Considering that my last battery had lasted so long, I ended up deciding to replace my battery with the same type, only brand new. My car was running rough. I pulled into the Gravette O'Reilly to get some things checked. Malachi tested several fuses and offered to call a mechanic friend who then diagnosed the problem. Thank goodness!

Needed a new battery clamp and they were clueless. Asked if they installed fuses, and they didn't know. (When I googled O'Reilly's with that question it said yes). They didn't care if they helped or not. Never again!

So the check engine light came on while we were out of town in Anderson Missouri. We stop by the parts store and the young man was very friendly and helpful. My job requires me to go to the parts store frequently and usually the guys in my area aren’t very enthusiastic. This young man went above and beyond my expectations.

I stopped at O'Reilly's in Gravette AR and an employee checked my oil because the check engine oil light had come on... There was ZERO oil in my car! His name was Dacoda and he put oil in and I scheduled an oil change IMMEDIATELY! Dacoda was SO kind and actually cared...that is rare these days...thanks!
