The manager, John, went above and beyond to help me today. The battery I was sold previously was the incorrect one and he realized it, ordered a new one from a different store, and exchanged it for me. He explained everything very clearly and circled the new item number for my records. He was absolutely incredible and clearly cares about his job and how he serves people in this capacity. Thank you and I can't recommend this O'Reilly's enough based off this experience!

This store had the RV battery I needed at a good price. I was under a time crunch to get in and out of the store... they exchanged my old battery, helped me find what I needed, sold me the new battery with great customer servive and I was back on the road in about 6 minutes!!!

I recently visited O'Reilly Auto Parts to return a brand-new set of snow chains I had purchased for my Honda Civic. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, processing the return without any hassle. I was impressed by how friendly and efficient they were, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I'll definitely be returning this specific location! Hands down one of the best automotive experiences I've had!
