Went here yesterday cause I've got a PROBLEM with the truck I just bought at the end of September. I was like... WTH. This young man, who just had surgery on his shoulder, waited on me. He was very kind and patient. I am FEMALE. He's gotta have a wife or girlfriend cause most men are not like this. He explained everything and even let me take pics so I would remember what he said. GOOD JOB. I will definitely go back an only hope he's there. I appreciate you very much. Thank you.

Ordered parts online for same-day pickup. The website said the items were in stock. So I proceeded to order items, the email I received said the items would be ready for pickup in an hour of when I ordered the items, as the hour only had minutes remaining I called the store to find out to my surprise the main item that was supposed to be in stock was not, it wouldn't be there till the next morning. Words of advice call to be sure the items are in stock.

This is for Gabe. In Greenbrier I was in the area came from the other side of Nashville near Hendersonville I bought some windshield wipers while in the area well my husband for the life of him was having some trouble getting them on and after he got us the right ones he came out was as polite and he was very respectful to my husband and myself his name was Gabe he really needs a raise and he is very knowledgeable on his job thanks Gabe.!!!!

Fantastic service opened up on time was super helpful made a great comparison of the bulbs that I was considering getting even look up the time frame that the bulbs last it doesn't get any better than this if you are ever in The Greenbrier area and need any car parts I recommend this location. Went back an additional time needed help on my headlight it needed to be completely replaced they stood out there and help me do it even past the point of closing these are really fantastic people and a great location I cannot emphasize enough about how if you're in this area or anywhere close to go check them out

Went here many times they are always very helpful and just overall an awesome staff. Today a young employee helped me find the right headlight bulbs and changed my lights and I hope he gets noticed for his hard work great job Aiden thanks so much!
