No matter how busy they are I've never had to wait long, these guys are fast and efficient

First off, I used Google maps to get across the road simply because I needed to adjust my maps on bluetooth in the car! I have always enjoyed my time in the O'Reilly's store! I am on oxygen and so a little movement goes a long way. Even before I moved to Greenville, NC, the clerks were super friendly and super helpfull. They know the products they sell, have good answers to my questions, or wouldn't hesitate to ask someone who did. They may not always address me by name, but they always say "hello" when I arrive, and "thank you, come again." with a smile, when I leave! They haven't failed me yet! I can't visualize the day that they do!

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable employees that were well trained in cars and parts. Great prices all the way around and I was greeted as soon as I walked into the front door. Will be sure to return.

What is there to say the absolute best staff in auto parts, the commercial side is impeccable!

This place's night shift is the best. Both of my headlights went out on my Celica so it was an emergency. The woman that was working was nice enough to help me not only by getting me the right bulbs but she also took time to install them for me. So she definitely went above and beyond for me!
