28FEB24 ~ The service was weak. I took the used-up Amazing GOOP tube with me. I showed it to the man behind counter and asked if they carried it. He said, "No." I then asked if they had any flexible adhesive. He looked at me like I was from Mars as he did not know what I just asked. He eventually directs me to the wrong isle. Contrary to what the counter guy told me, I did eventually find the Amazing GOOP. The man was not very invested in his job as he did not know his inventory. The price was in line with other auto parts stores. 2 Years Earlier... I normally remember more about the people I encounter, their ability & willingness to do their job, politely & professionally much longer than what I bought or what I paid. In my 12 years of repairing and regular maintenance of my vehicles, I have never been as pleased with customer service with an auto parts store. I called the store looking for CV axles and Nattalie answered the call. She only had one in stock and checked other stores nearby for the other one I needed. I told her that I'll come by and pick the one she had and I'll go over to the other store to grab the other. 30 mins later I got to the store and she told me she already sent a runner to grab the other one for me! A little act like this says a lot about the management at this store. Because of this, I will now only shop at this store for my auto parts needs. Thank you Nattalie!
