My check engine light came on so we stopped at another O’Reilly location and they couldn’t get the code reader to work. Stopped again at the Gunter location to try again and Aden was so helpful! He took the time to troubleshoot and help us get a code. Ended up being an easy fix with purchasing a new gas cap— he even installed it for us, reset my engine light and recommended a fix if the light came back on. He saved me hundreds at the dealership— thank you Aden!

I deliver parts and such for my job in Grayson and Fanin county as well as Oklahoma. I was in the area when my check engine light came on. I decided to see if I could get a free diagnosis which it turns out I could. I did not expect to see how amazing the store looked. The entire inside was extremely well organized, dusted, and in immaculate shape. There were two employees to assist me which they did promptly. The gave me the error code, understood I couldn't make the final decision (company vehicle), and still printed out the error and parts list for me. There was no sell pressure, but the worker (Fadid I believe is the correct name...forgive me if not) gave me the most affordable price and the recommended part and price.
