This O'REILLYs is the best...I drive from Winter Haven because the people here are great at taking care of long standing, loyal customers! Went there this morning and got my check engine light checked out. Not disappointed at all.

My car barely started as I left the grocery store, so I headed to my O'Reilly store in Haines City seeking help. A young man named Gabriel warmly greeted me. I explained that I was afraid my battery was bad. After some computer work and investigation, he checked my battery and affirmed it was bad, purchase from O'Reilly, and still under warranty. He quickly replaced my battery and sent me on my way. I am a 70 year old lady living on a single fixed income, and relieved that it wouldn't cost me. And Gabriel was very sweet and kind, assuring me he could help. I told him "Your Mama knew what she was doing when she named you Gabriel. Because youre my angel today". Thanks, O'Reilly, and your employee Gabriel.

Amazing customer service here. Especially on the part of Gabriel, he helped me find a remedy to my broken headlights. He was very intellectual and knew what he was talking about.

Everyone at this OREILLY’S is extremely helpful,Tony, Juan, the one lady I don’t know her name, The Cuban dude, and the Dominican dude as well always go above and beyond. When the store is busy they do their best to get a good throughput and get customers in and out!

My car had died on the side of the road but I managed to get it to this O’Reilly location. The assistant manager identified the battery I needed and quickly installed it for me. They were so helpful and professional and I appreciate them so much!
