I called and asked to see if they had a part and an older woman answered the phone and was incredibly rude to me. Just told me to come down and look to see if they had the part, no help at all just useless.

I just met with Don and he was great. My van wouldn’t start so after jumping it don ran a diagnostic test and gave me some great advice on what to look for. He could have easily said ‘yup you need this and that’ and took me for a ride but he was honest and didn’t try to push me towards unnecessary purchases. You can be that when it’s time for any parts I’ll be coming back to see Don!

Received the best service today. Had a nail in my tire and Birdie helped me purchase a repair kit and he plugged the hole to help me make it home an hour away. So appreciate you guys!

Love that I have a parts store in my hometown, ectatic that it's an O'Reilly's. I've been in there so much that they remember my phone number for my discounts. Very courteous and helpful staff, never been talked down to, always leave there feeling good. Feeling good about my purchase and also the whole experience. Great store!

My check engine came on and the CSR was very helpful. I even got a report with diagnostic and how to repair on my own. It doesn't get better than that.
