O'Reilly Auto Parts

I was in late on 2/12/26 at the Hamburg, NY (Camp Rd.) location and was nicely greeted, didn’t catch the guy’s name, but it wasn’t like other places where when you walk in close to closing time and workers are upset. He was friendly and carried on a conversation with his coworker. I needed help finding some screws for my license plate and Cody was extremely helpful. He found the exact one that I needed and was very personable when cashing out, even sharing a story instead of rushing me out. It is why I will continue to come back. Thank you kindly Cody:)

Needed clamps for my truck box had to use screws instead staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, I had to return a clamp same day and were very happy and welcoming staff

My third visit to O'Reilly and it's the only auto parts I'll go to and i have 4 others to choose from. Dana and Chris were professional and exceptionally nice.

I like shopping here but you guys sold me incorrect Automatic Transmission Fluid for my Mazda. That's real bad. It did damage to the vehicle. You sold me your store brand ATF when it should have been the ATF CTV. your computers are giving incorrect information to your store employees
