The manager "Sammy" and the clerk "Harry Boyd" have horrible customer service, will not take responsibility for the problems THEY create, and essentially don't care one whit about your business. Harry has a short trigger and a toxic mentality, is a "3 percenter", according his badly done tattoos, and absolutely has no business representing Oriely auto parts, unless these lacking values are also the values of the company, in which case I will be severing an over decade of loyalty to the organization and take my business elsewhere, which is literally thousands of dollars a year. Zero stars, what a waste of humanity. Edit: more then 24 hours have gone by and "Jeff" the district manager has not contacted me even though that was the promise. My brake light was out so I stopped in to buy them. Ryan was very nice, knew what he was talking about, and even helped me change it and , explained how to do it next time. Best visit to any part store I've had in a long time! Ty 🤘

Great prices and really helpful employees.

My wife stopped in to pick up a wheel bearing, a female employee completely refused to acknowledge her and skipped over her in line to the next person, awful people I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.
