O'Reilly Auto Parts

When my battery died on a weekend vacation, I told my wife that I’ve always had a good experience at O’Reilly and we went out of our way to go there. I’ve bought several batteries and they’ve always been eager to help me select the right one and get it changed. I did successfully purchase a battery, and was lent some tools (felt begrudgingly?). Unfortunately, O’Reilly either is no longer a service-oriented organization, or the gentlemen working tonight were not interested in doing more than the minimum. Either is fine, but I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future.

Cannot say better things about the staff and how helpful they have been for us. Kari is one of the best parts people I have ever worked with, and she always goes out of her way to make sure my business is taken care of. Between her and Trey, I’m covered. This is typically one of my favorite stores, I shop a lot at O'Reilly's in American Fork they're always willing to go the extra mile for me. The store in Heber City sold me the wrong gas cap so I kept having to remove it with pliers. Just took the cap to American Fork and they replaced it with the correct one. They have pretty much everything for your vehicle.

Ronald saved the day, had the only and last part left in the store for me to complete the job. His customer service skills need to be acknowledged.

They were extremely helpful when I went in today. I have almost 0 car knowledge, so they even changed my brake lights for me. The guy helping me (his name was Lucas) was extremely patient and helpful! Thank you to Parker as well for being extremely friendly!
