Oreillys on Sanderson in Hemet is 1,000% better than the one on Florida. There’s a very nice lady there (she has an east coast accent) who really knows all about automotive stuff. It’s actually impressive how much she knows. She is super helpful. She makes sure, whatever part you’re looking for is the correct one for your car.

Karen is an angel! Had a bad battery and Karen was able to replace it and even offered an upgrade that would help persevere my battery life which I gladly accepted because her knowledge on it was very helpful and knowledgeable! She’s a very smart and very sweet woman and I hope she gets a raise because she deserves it! Thank you Karen! You have made my experience at O’Reillys very special!

Very nice store! Eric, office Manager I believe his title, was very helpful, polite, professional, knowledgeable and clean cut! I would highly recommend this O'Reilly store and Eric! Again, Eric, the store manager, saved the day for me! I had battery issues, Eric offered to help clean the connections and made sure my car started. Peace of mind knowing that I have such a kind, polite and professional young man that really cares about customer service. Thank you Eric!
