O'Reilly Auto Parts

I bought my car 3 years ago and with buying a used car it was a good idea to buy a new battery. Well it's been 3 years and the battery died so I had to get a new one. I called around a different stores and they all gave me crazy prices. But it was O'Reilly that came through with several choices for batteries and they even installed it. So I highly recommend this O'Reilly's for their service and professionalism!

I had a headlight that was out so I stopped on my way to work. Within 10 minutes, I had a new headlight and was on my way. The gentleman who helped me was super nice and helpful! I definitely recommend this place for fast and very friendly service!!

Last night l went to the windmill and Pecos location. My headlight was out. I want to Thank Jeromy for doing a fantastic job replacing my headlight !!! He was kind and very helpful !! He knew exactly how to do it. He also gave me tips to clean my battery connectors and very dusty engine. I very much appreciate the knowledge that he has and O Reillys provides in service.

Store near Pecos and Windmill, zip 89074. Chris was a life saver! Dead battery as I was about to head out to work, with no ability to get help without someone coming to my home and install a new battery. I needed it ASAP. Chris helped me place the order over the phone (their website wasn't functioning so I couldn't personally place an online purchase for a new battery. He took my info, came to my home and installed it within 15 mins. He was a total lifesaver. This is not a service they normally perform. I was in a real pickle and Chris saved the day. Talking about the windmill 89074 location , only. Guy at the counter that answers the phone was a real fast talking JERK. I asked for him to check 2 parts.And he said they had them. ( Many times i've gone to auto parts store to pick up a part that shows on the computer at the counter in stock and guess what? Sorry bro it's not here) So I asked the guy on the phone.Can you go put your hands-on the parts for me?Since I have to drive along way? He tells me he'll get them off the shelf when I get to the store. I ask him again.Can you go verify?The parts are actually at the store? He repeats the same thing: I'll pull the parts for you when you get here. This happens again. Now the fourth time I ask: Will you please confirm that the part is actually in your store before I drive one hour round tr
