Excellent service. Helped test my battery and replace it with a new one with an affordable 4 year warranty and some additional preventative maintainance supplies for my battery. Highly reccomend this location.

I just got back from going to O'Reilly's and Alice was the biggest help! She helped me figure out the sub-model of my car (I didn't have the booklet for it when I bought it used), recommended a really good jump starter for my car (mine wasn't a good brand), and helped me pick out a good new car battery with some pieces to help it from getting corroded. I have never had anyone be as helpful as her before or as friendly. I will definitely be back and be recommending Alice's help!

Wayne is a grumpy old man who think he can make his own rules. Guess what Wayne ill get my warranty brakes over and over again and I hope you have to do the exchange everytime. You don't get to make additional rules to the warranty your institution makes. Your simply a customer service specialist. Learn customer service because you'll continue to see this repeat customer. We came into the store today to buy coolant for our car because it was overheating. Santiago helped us find the right coolant and then came out to our car to help us make sure we knew where to put the coolant in. He went above and behind to help us! We would definitelycome back here because of the great service we were given by Santiago!
