I bought a battery from O'Reilly's a little over a year ago and it went bad. I went back and they tested it and found it to be bad, so the employee went inside and found he had one in stock and gave me the new one free of charge, no argument or attitude. Thank you
The store was organized and clean. They had a wide variety of items- not just auto parts. We weren’t greeted when we first came in but when it was time to check out our item the cashier was friendly. The parking lot was nice- it’s separate from the Walmart Parking lot so there was plenty of spaces directly in front of O’Reilly.
The store is always clean and well stocked. The people are always friendly and helpful.
They don't answer the phone no matter how many times you call. Useless employees. They should all be fired.
Always helpful,and knowledgeable. Friendly. Always seems to have what I need in stock . Great prices. Better than AutoZone.
