Save yourself the trouble, Staff has ZERO interest in providing customer service. I was asking for help making sure the battery I was buying was a safe fit to my vehicle. And was interrupted by another staff member that had other questions to the same employee. They made me wait a couple of minutes I decided to simply go buy in a nearby auto zone. Stay away from this place until the change the staff.

I wanted to make sure people knew the great service I had. I came looking for new windows wipers and I was explained the best kind and fit for my car by calbert and he also helped me install it he was really nice explaining for future reference of how to change it. I will be back for sure.

Update: Store is officially open as of today, March 31st, 2025. Store isn't officially open yet, they're waiting for the operational permit. They might be open in a week. However, if you need something, you can pass by or call (note, they might take a bit to answer since they don't have a full staff). The team there is glad to help out if you need anything.

All of the personnel here is Super nice from The Moment you walk in. Very patient also, Yoan Goes on and beyond which is excellent customer service skills.I recommend this auto parts to Everyone 😁

Came to purchase a wiper blade and to my surprise the counter sales person JOAN….. asked me if i would like him to put it on the car I said yes and he did. These days you do not see that, I was surprised and O’ Reilly employees are better than the rest of the competition Thank you Joan!
