Car wasnt starting so i stopped by neighborhood oreily and was attended by a young man who goes by Jay. He was incredibly friendly and so very helpful. He helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle and sent me off with a brand new battery. Very welcoming young boy seems very interested and involved in his work and talked to me about his passion in cars. Definitely would come back.

Arrived at O'Reilly's was given wrong parts. Asked attendee if anyone was available to help and she said no. Returned parts which were incorrect and was helped by Rachel who has a great attitude and very helpful and installed parts . She double checked to make sure installation was done correctly. I highly recommend her for help and service. Thank you Rachel and O'Reilly's.

Today I went in to get break pads for my car I looked around for a minute no one asked if I needed help and when I went to the front the lady looked at me and she went behind the computer and just let me stand there waiting I was the only one standing there mined you so I said that’s ok I will go somewhere else and I told the man that she was RUDE !!!!! So I will never go to her help

I have always gotten great service at this store. However, their employee Hannah was extremely helpful. She needs a raise.
