O'Reilly Auto Parts

This is my go to shop. They have moderate employe turnover but most of them are nice and want to help. Prices are competitive and you can order online and pick up in-store. They are great about battery warranties as well. I also recommend their tool rental program.

Ramone has this place running tight! Customer service, knowledge, and hustle thats just unheard of this this modern economy. O'Reilly Management, listen up, Ramone needs a raise and some golden handcuffs. The only reason he should not be running my local store is because he's leading a regional or national customer service training group. Ramone, keep this up and you'll rule the world! On an other note, this O'Reilly is way better than the local NAPA. I'd pass a NAPA for an O'Reilly any day of the week.

There was only 1 register open during the lunch rush, which is unfortunate but it happens. However, I was treated with such contempt that I will not go back to the Hillsboro O'Reilly's. Here's what happened: I had a dead battery so I set it on the counter when I came in. The clerk just sort of sneered at me when I got there. There was only one customer in front of me but the clerk was having trouble operating the system to look up the battery warranty for them. He finally went in the back and asked for help with the system. 15 minutes later there were four people waiting for help after me, still only one clerk. The clerk said "I'll help who's next" and gestured over a man who got there after I did.... (I was going to suggest that he help that customer before me because he was only gettin

Picked up for the shop I work at due to our normal commercial location not having our parts sadly again. They were prompt double checked the parts were correct and wished me a happy new year. The best highlight would be the cute oil shop pup they had she was so nice

I had to go in today to replace my battery. Albert helped find the right one, offered price matching and rang me up. Sounds good? Albert then removed my old battery and installed the new one, in the dark and rain (this was after 5 pm). Kudos to you, Albert!
