Had some battery and check engine light issues, the manager was awesome in checking into the warranty of my battery. Another Young man ( I believe Will?) performed the battery check, change , and scanned check engine light in the SNOW! All great guys in there, came in late Friday and another younger gentleman helped me as well, which led me to come today. Thanks yall hard to get good device now a days.

I was having issues with my battery that i was hoping I could get resolved with my warrenty but it had expired. I stopped by my local Hiram location for a quick battery test and it indicated that the battery was in fact bad. Devonte was extremely professional, attentive, educated and polite making me feel as though he was not just trying to make a sale. Devonte explained in detail how the batteries and warranties worked making me feel secure in making the new battery purchase with free instilation a no brainer. Thank you Devonte!

I can't say enough about this store and the people that work there I had an incredible experience there today which falls in line with all of my O'Reilly's experiences but this one was above board. Bruce and Addison were an incredible help to me today. And no this is not the closest O'Reilly's store to me but it is now the store I will visit if I have a choice. Thanks so much to you both! I couldn't be more grateful!

The battery for my Corvette gave out before it should have. They were out of stock but ordered it for me. It was there bright and early the next day and they took good care of me. They swapped out the bad one for a new one under warranty. No muss, no fuss. Very courteous customer service and I enjoyed chatting with a fellow Corvette enthusiast!

Michael signed me up for the military discounts. Very fast and easy as pie! Helped me a great deal! Let me change out my part while I was there in the lot. Appreciate you!
