Staff was friendly and quick to offer assistance. I came in to fix my third break light and found out that I was able to use 2 different size bulbs to do self repair my lights. I recommend and thank you staff.

Went to get my car battery charger and the guys that were working were very rude to me.

Ash at o’rilleys really helped me out my windshield wiper tube had a hole in it her and another gentleman searched vigorously for the right tube and ended up fixing it for me immediately I have an account with them and everytime I go there I’m always pleased to meet smiling faces and the know how around any problem with my vehicle I face thanks so much

Today we went to the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Holdrege, NE and had exceptionally great customer service! Ashley assisted me on the phone and when we got to the store, JR was outstanding. He says he’s been here for 15 years, replaced the windshield wipers, battery and offered some heads up as to what may happen with the replacement on the new battery! Survey website does NOT allow you to complete so I reported it to their 888# then to the local store! Maybe this is why they’re not getting any survey responses!! Lawrie K
