O'Reilly Auto Parts

I held off for a while. After reading others reviews on the assistant manager i think i should add this. I have a commercial account with orileys and travel all over sc doing mobile auto/marine business. (12/17/25)Yesterday i was told the part i needed was not in stock amd would have to be ordered. I arrived 2 hrs after said delivery time. To be told it wasnt ordered and they already had it in stock. I got the part (didnt look at it i know on me)and went home. Removed the old part the following day. Inspected the old vs new and totally different. Didnt even install it. Went back the following day and had the worst interaction I have had with the assistant manager on duty (today's date 12/18/25). He acted put off that they had ordered the wrong part. My dad went here for a starting issue with his truck. After they checked it he was told it was NOT the battery but the starter, and they proceeded to quote him $300 for one. Since he thought that was high he ordered the one for $56, but also took the truck somewhere else. It WAS the battery all along. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Called the store to ask if I could return a part with a receipt I was told shouldn't be a problem with receipt and if it was in the original packaging so I drove to the store just to be told no
