O'Reilly Auto Parts

I came to O’ Reilly’s in Hopkinsville Kentucky because my Steering wheel fault sensor light came on. I had already gone to Auto Zone and they were so rude I decided to come to O’Reilly’s. I came in contact with a customer service representative named Matt he went out of his way to check my fuse box and hook my car up to the monitor to see if anything else could be wrong, he let me know he didn’t see anything but it could be a battery issue or something else. He was very friendly and looked through the computer to see what information he could find. He stood outside without a coat on to help me in 36 degree weather. He was outstanding and I really appreciated it. Once again O’ Reilly’s for the win !!!!

Everytime I go to O’Reillys in Hopkinsville the men there just act like I don’t know what I’m talking about I’m guessing because I’m a woman. But as soon as Katie seen me and asked what I needed assistance with I explained it to her and with a smile and positive attitude she helped me figure out what I needed exactly every time! Ladies and gentlemen make sure and most definitely ask for Katie when going to this store if you want a positive outcome! Thank you so much Katie for all your help!

I had a great experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts, and a big reason was the only female employee working there. She was knowledgeable, patient, and actually listened instead of talking down to me. She took the time to explain what I needed and made sure I left with the right parts. Customer service like that is rare, and it made the whole experience stress-free. Go in and ask for Katie! She is hands down the best customer service rep and very knowledgeable. Its always refreshing to see a woman in a male dominated field absolutely slaying it! Thank you for all you do Katie! Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed!

Helped with getting my pulley off my power steering pump and with no charge a great man! Will definitely be coming back! Very godly space as well!
