Driving down Grand River Blvd in Howell after filling up my tank in my restored 1969 Chevelle SS, all of the sudden I was startled by a loud sound coming from underneath my car. It echoed in my car. I didn't know if my rear speaker blew out or my exhaust fell off. The bolt for the strap off my fuel tank fell off and was dragging on the ground while my fuel tank was just dangling. I was stuck! That is until I walked in to my local Howell O'Reilly Auto parts store and spoke with a gentleman who saved the day. I was fully prepared to purchase the hydraulic jack and necessary tools to make the repairs. But after hearing my situation, I was provided everything free of charge to make the repairs to my car and get me safely road again. No strings attached just great home town customer service. Th

Bought three different batteries from this location after they tested my car and said it was a bad battery. The first two batteries ended up being bad. I had to go back by another swap it out third battery lasted a little bit and then that was also bad took my car into a Auto repair place. They ran all the test and confirmed it was the battery they put a new battery in for me and have not had any problems since I called this O’Reillys here in Howell and spoke with a young lady explained to her that she might have a bad batch of batteries that are sitting on the shelf because this was the third one I bought she did not seem to care whatsoever and just didn’t even say anything. I will deal with the one in Fowlerville from now on this Howell location sucks. Do not but SSB 48EXT batteries
