Yep this review is about James. For anyone reading reviews that says he is rude and unpleasant it’s all true. I don’t know how do they still have him at this branch. This man should be some where that does not require human interaction. I honestly feel bad for the guy because whatever Karma is coming his way is gonna hit really hard! But he deserves it anyway. Hey O’Reilly you should make some changes asap! Starting with James!

Excellent customer service. Excellent knowledgeability and was able to give recommendations based off experience. Their employees did a great job on both ends, helping me to get replacement warrantied parts in a very fast time, and protecting their store against false warranty claims, which cause higher prices and creates extra work for employees. I was here for a defective alternator which I purchased at the same location a week ago and they promptly got me a replacement. They stand by their warranties however this particular location checked over every detail to make sure it was a warranty coverage.. Excellent job Oreilys in Atascocita at FM 1960 and staff.

Probably won’t be going back, James was unpleasant to work with as he was trying to tell me i’m wrong about my engine size and talked my head off about some non sense

1st store ever to refuse my commercial order mark is very unprofessional and does not take to consideration into what the customer needs

Stop in to get an air filter and got my win shield wrappers changed.
