Cole is amazing!!! He helped me with an emergent issue a few weeks ago, and I’m so appreciative of his professionalism and kindness. My car has been running without any issues because of him! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and explained the issues with my vehicle very thoroughly to me, as someone who is not extremely knowledgeable on cars! On top of this he had the patience to help me with multiple issues and provided clear recommendations! Terrible employees work here. I just asked him to please indicate which one is the front rotor and which one is the rear rotor. He said he couldn’t check. His name was Pedro, and I don't think this is how a business should operate. He is a manager by the way I came from another store in Fountain Valley, and it was exactly the opposite. That employee was very helpful. Interesting. I definitely do not prefer this location.

The advice from the the friendly staff behind the counter is unmatched when trying to save money. I'm grateful to have access to them and the well stocked shelves so close to my home. A pick of my grandsons wagon just for kicks.
