O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went into ORileys Auto Parts to look for a water pump as well as a belt for my Audi Q7. I was greeted when I came into the store as well as was assisted within 2-3 minutes from Juan and Mike who were able to serve me and find the parts I needed instantly. I will definitely be recommending this store to family and friends.

Lady was nice when called. Website said they will change battery. Over 300 bucks for a battery. Guy said refused to change it stating too much time would be needed. Brought my car somewhere else they easily installed it. I do understand they have the right to deny to assist but when it takes a lousy 10 mins and your store is empty when im there...make it make sense.

Katie and Juan were very professional and friendly when I just needed to use the scan tool. They printed off my code for me and explained some details without me even asking. Very courteous.

Bought a bulb for my headlight. On website stated they can assist in replacement. The guy told me he would not be able to assist so drove elsewhere to have it done and was told it was not the right bulb drove back there for a replacement. A different guy said he could do it and then said he wouldn’t be able to and did actually do it after all. He told me everything was fixed and good and it was not correctly put in as the light still was not working. He also took the box that the bulb came which i need to return it. Will not be going back.

Very friendly, super helpful. I went to get a part for my car. They assisted and helped me figure out exactly what I needed.
