I went here because I was having problems mounting my license plate and thought I might need an additional part to do so. A gentleman named Ian quickly assessed that it was an easy fix and mounted it for me in 2 minutes! He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need AND was very respectful. (: I will be using this O'Reillys as long as Ian is there. Exceptional customer service, see for yourself. Thank you Ian!

I went to this store because my check engine light came on and Iaen the store clerk diagnosed the issue very quickly for free and also let me borrow his tools to change all my 4 spark plugs. Iaen went above and beyond to show me how to do it and checked on me multiple times while I was changing them. THANK YOU IAEN you are the best example for outstanding customer service.

I was out of town on vacation when I suddenly got an electrical system warning upon starting my car. A very helpful gentleman by the name of Michael tested the battery, charging system and computer codes. He made me a copy of all tests and was honest with me in reporting that there was nothing wrong with my car. It has been running like a champ ever since. When I am in the Irving area next time. I will stop by and give them some real business. I always have a project I am working on. Thank you Michael and that you who hired him to serve the public!

Ian helped me and my friend tonight. He gave us excellent service and went above and beyond. I didn’t catch the Assistant Managers name but he was very helpful also. If I could give them 10 starts I would. Don’t go to Autozone that’s down the street come here these guys actually help you

I’m so disappointed I was yesterday in this store bc my battery was down , I get in the store there were to guys a big guys and other guys there were in their 50s I buy the battery and I know they put the battery but they js don’t want to do it for me , ask why they’re not doing for my and they said they don’t do it for everybody idk why , they were treating me with descrimination and there was another guy and they did change his battery but not mine
