My husband was there to return a part the other day and both the white lady and the mexican dude (i forget both of their names unfortunately) were both rude to him.

I called this store genuinely looking for a 1998 Toyota Tacoma water pump gasket, and the guy who answered, don't remember his name, had an attitude with me. I'm swapping the motor in the Tacoma, and I needed the gasket. I guess he thought I was joking, but regardless, not very professional of them. I ended up not purchasing from them, and rather a different store that was significantly more helpful. I also needed timing cover gaskets, but I didn't even get to that point before he started being rude.

I was passing through the town when my car started acting up.. the assistant manager Carlos and another team member helped me step by step because I did not know a single thing about cars or their parts. If this store was closer to my hometown I would not hesitate to go to it anytime I needed something. I really really appreciate what Carlos and his team did for me they are truly good people!

I LOVE TERRY AND CARLOS SO MUCH, They are family now!!! Long story short I ended up stranded there in a town I had never even known existed on 09/21/22. Terry took it upon herself to lend a helping hand automatically. Its like God knew exactly who I needed. Terry looked after me as if she had been my own mom! When she noticed that they did not have what i needed in stock, she did not stop there! She took me to a store that did have it once she clocked out of work that evening. But she STILL didn't stop there! She made sure I had water and that i could use the restroom from time to time.
