O'Reilly Auto Parts

I buy everything I can from here. They usually have what I need and people inside are as helpful as they can be! It's a parts store not a mechanic, of you understand that you'll have no issues.

Great and friendly customer service, they are willing to go above and beyond

Just left there wasted an hour of our time told my son the part was 34 Said it was in stock and then comes back and says that she couldn't find the part and sends us across the street ridiculous won't be going back

I really liked the store and the employees here. I think it is ran very well and they make returns hasle free. 5 stars

I'd give it a -5 if I could. O'Reilly's was always my go to place in Jackson but the new lady in there needs fired or a whole lot of training. I ask if they carried a hose 1/2" ID and all she could say is we carry fuel lines.(this isn't the only time I had trouble with her) I've talked to other people that had the same experience and some quit going there and others just hang up because she seems to be the one that always answers the phone
