Andrew and the team at our local Jarrell O'Reilly auto parts store are super knowledgeable and attentive to my family's automotive repair needs. They helped me pick out an alternator for my husband's 2006 Chavy Corvette, along with the tools needed to do the job right. Needless to say, I got my husband's beauty purring like a kitten again. Twas a first time coming to this store as my car started acting up a lot and stalled many times. I asked them to check the battery and Gilbert helped my case and did it great as well as reaching his new coworker! Keep up the good work!

My first choice for auto diy needs was closed for whatever reason but O’Reilly’s stepped up and was most informative and helpful when I needed it the most. Great experience. Glad they exist.

My husband went up there Sunday morning around 10ish bought 2 jugs of motor oil, spark plugs and other things came home changed into work clothes cut the yard and after that placed the 1st car on the ramp to start working on it. When he opened one of the motor oil there was no seal and oil was black (dirty) and used. My husband went back up to O'Reilly with the jug of oil and receipt to see about an exchange however instead he was 1. Judged 2.called a liar & 3. Denied exchange. He ended up buying another jug of oil while he was there because he needed it and didn't want to make the drive to Georgetown. My husband did not go with the intention of getting a refund, he needed the oil but since he was denied exchange we ended up losing another 30$ because O'Reilly didnt want to make it right.

I bought a Maltese transfer pump from the store like three days ago, have a receipt there’s nothing wrong with the pump. It didn’t work for my application. I was told that because they can’t verify that it didn’t work for my application that they cannot trust that I am not returning a broken or old thing. Despite it being brand new in the package still. The guy’s name is Jacob, he told me specifically that he did not trust me enough to be able to return a product that I purchased from the store three days ago. I’ll never be coming back to this O’Reillys ever again.
