As a customer as open day of Joaquin Texas , in the last few weeks dealing with new hires , I've had two different events , the first one I was sold wrong parts , I sent my step daughter with car to point out part needed to match up we was given a refusal to open hood to match up correct part , that ended in a return , was is crazy about the situation is ' O'Reilly has a customer service policy for changing windshield wipers , or batteries , or service engine light, my most recent experience , that was expensive , my wife asked for spark plugs , and a fuel filter , with was really crazy they sold my wife two different style plugs , two double platinum , two copper core completely different style plugs and told my wife they would work ! I don't know how they got there job over that comm

Top notch crew, very friendly, I needed a battery for my camper and Calvin waited on me, he went to the back and found the battery I needed and even took it to my truck for me. Thank you Calvin and to the team at this location.
