Five stars aren't enough! This O'Reilly Auto Parts location is truly exceptional, and it's all down to the fantastic team. ​First, the entire store was incredibly clean and well-organized. It's clear that Store Manager Amber runs a fantastic operation, as the professionalism and positive atmosphere are visible everywhere. ​More importantly, I need to recognize Jacob, who provided some of the best customer service I've ever received. I came in struggling to correctly diagnose a complex issue with my car, and Jacob took the time—patiently and knowledgeably—to help me figure out the problem. I want to leave a bad review yeah I got a new battery but I didn’t like how unprofessional and rude they was them people act like the don’t know what they sign up for especially the chunky lady getting smart when I ask a question on phone and in person I’m surprised she even have a job worst customer service ever yall get one star from me

Went in on nine twenty eight twenty twenty five.And was greeted very kindly.And with open arms, I want to give a big shout out to amber, jacob, and the team.They helped me fix my car and scan my car and didn't try to hustle me and I really appreciate that.I recommend this o'reilly's to anybody that passes by

Experience was good until I go to check out and I am inquiring about more products when the store phone rings. The employee tells me to hold on while she proceeds to answer the call. Instead of telling the person on the phone to hold until she’s done with me. She continued to look up several items for the customer on the phone. I stand there for four minutes patiently. At this point the items I was interested in are no longer my priority. I rather spend my money where employees know the principle of professional customer service. Once I expressed my concern to the employee she was visibly bothered by my statement.

Had to replace my lower beam light and they were the cheapest at 129 it’s for a Porche so I was glad it was cheaper
