Chaz did an excellent job installing my battery at O’Reilly Auto Parts. He was very helpful, professional, and time-efficient. The whole process was quick and smooth, and his customer service was outstanding. Andres was also great and very helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to both of them!
