Best customer service ever! We were visiting from out of town and had a dead battery that needed to be replaced. Thomas met us with a smile, took his time finding the right battery, and made sure we had everything we needed to install the new battery. After the installation he ran a diagnostic test and confirmed that our alternator was functioning, as well as our charging system. He was efficient and professional - we left confident and satisfied, relieved to have our vehicle back in tip top shape. We will be back!

I haven’t had an outstanding customer service experience in a long time, but I had one today at the Keller O’Reilly Auto Parts. Murray was very helpful, friendly, and informative, and Matthew (manager) saved me by installing my battery. These guys are amazing!

EDDIE IS THE BEST!! My husband & I are somewhat elderly & needed a new battery. He was so patient & kind when dealing with us! He explained why it was more expensive (2019 model) he then installed it, & made sure everything was working properly! He was just so nice. Will never go anywhere else! (He refused a tip)!

Eddie was very helpful and kind. He installed my windshield wiper quickly and smiled the entire time!
