This is hands-down the worst O’Reilly’s I have ever set foot in. I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances this year ONLY because it’s close, but every single visit has been just as disappointing—if not worse—than the last. The manager himself has zero professionalism, zero urgency, and zero care in his voice or attitude. The customer service here is beyond unacceptable. They act like customers are a burden and the goal is to shove you in and out as fast as possible without actually helping. There’s no effort, no knowledge shared, and definitely no respect. Not once have I heard a “yes sir,” “no sir,” or even a basic “thank you.” Just blank stares and half-mumbled sounds like “mhm,” “ok,” or nothing at all. The energy here is cold, careless, and outright rude. I’m officially done

It was a no frills day. The staff was direct, professional, respectful and efficient. They asked the right questions to get me the right part. They retrieved the part , billed me , took my payment. A pretty quick process. I like it Thanks guys that were on shift that day

Customer service for me is always the way to win me as a loyal customer and let me tell you all when it comes to this store; their service is On Top of all stores I have gone to. Efficient, Fast, Friendly but Above all they Know their products and always in stock. I live kind of far but just because of their Customer service experience I had with these employees Im willing to travel. A+ to this Team

I stopped by today and Jerry the manager was so patient, kind and helpful. I almost bought the wrong antifreeze if it wasn't for Jerry. Thank you for your great customer service. This O'Reillys is girl friendly! Kennedale, Texas
