Called to ask about a canister purge valve for 2014 Ford Edge v6. They had it on hand for $39 with lifetime warranty. I told them I was coming to get it. Arrived and they had it sitting on the counter next to the register. Super quick check out. Great customer service.

Cody and Brian sold my girlfriend a whole taillight assembly instead of just a break light bulb. Part didnt ship out yet and wouldn't give the shipping fee back. This all happened in the span of 5 minutes

My go to spot because of the military discount and the store is really clean but today, Cody saved the day! Helped me replace the battery and get me on my way quickly and was very nice. Will keep coming here because the other place across the street is always packed but the people working there takes too long explaining things or don't know what they're talking about.

I’ve never had such a hassle dealing with O’Reilly. The lady was extremely rude, treated me like a scammer and refused to look up my account so I could return my core saying, “they’re not allowed to look up accounts on the weekends.” After flipping my car to find the receipt, a gentleman completed my return, and she wouldn’t even look my way. Never had such a horrible experience with O’Reilly.

Arian was a LIFE SAVER!!! I just locked my keys AND phone in my jeep and was completely panicking. I figured there was a special kit or tool I could buy to bust my window, but Arian went above and beyond and helped to unlock the car HIMSELF.
